When I am going to receive my order?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders are processed within 24 hours of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 business days and international orders should arrive within 7-10 business days. 

Am I going to receive the order in time?

If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 3-5 business days for domestic and 7-10 business days for international before the moment you need it to arrive.

Can I change the color of the ordered item?

You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via sales@mybestfriendhaspaws.com as long as it is not shipped.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please contact us via email: sales@mybestfriendhaspaws.com. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.

Are the items shipped together?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our footer. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us via email: sales@mybestfriendhaspaws.com

My item was damaged; can I get a new one?

If you received damaged goods, which does not happen often, and you cannot mend it easily yourself, you have to contact us via
sales@mybestfriendhaspaws.com. We will then give you instructions whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.

Can I be refunded?

If you do not receive your order, you have to contact us via sales@mybestfriendhaspaws.com to solve the problem. Depending on the problem, you will be fully or partially refunded.
